We review critical documents related to the organization and the position, such as the job description, competency framework, and values set, thoroughly analyzing those that reflect the company culture and the requirements of the role. In the initial meeting, we collaborate with relevant managers to clarify expectations and lay the foundation for the process.
Based on the needs analysis, we identify the competencies, technical skills, and qualifications required for the position. At this stage, we also prepare the most optimal offer package and present the candidate profile we’ve created for your approval.
Instead of a standard candidate search process, we initiate a search tailored to your organization's strategies and the specific requirements of the position. Our experienced project consultants create a broad candidate pool using technology-driven filtering tools. By thoroughly analyzing both external resources and PeopleCo's internal candidate pool, we compile a long list of the most suitable candidates. We then schedule preliminary interviews with the candidates on the long list.
We conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the position. Those who perform well in the interview are then subjected to an objective and high-predictive evaluation using FoxHR Turkey’s position-specific assessment package.
We create the shortlist by evaluating candidates through comparative feature analysis, alignment with the ideal profile, and assessment reports. We then share the management presentation with you and schedule interviews with the candidates on the shortlist.
We extend the job offer to the selected candidates, and once an agreement is reached, we complete the contract process. For the candidates not selected, we provide feedback on the process and offer professional guidance.
